About Dexaloop Tools

Dexaloop Tools is a set of free calculators for everyday jobs: adding up a time card, counting working days, working out the grade you need, measuring a floor. It is made by Dexaloop, a small independent developer that also makes PDF Medic Online and apps for iPhone.

How the calculators are made

Each tool starts from a written rule. Where the law sets the rule, such as overtime in the US or holiday entitlement in the UK, the page quotes the official source, links to it, and shows the date we last checked it. Every formula is tested against worked examples before the page is published.

The results are estimates to help you check your own figures. They are not legal, tax or payroll advice, and your employer's records and the law always decide.

Your information

All calculations run in your web browser. Nothing you type is sent to our servers. Some tools can remember your entries on your own device if you choose; see the privacy page.

How the site is paid for

The site is free and will be supported by ads. Ads will be kept apart from the calculators and their buttons, and we will ask Google not to show ads for interest-based loans, gambling, alcohol, dating or adult content.
